To make a kick-ass Banana Kiwi CBD Super-Smoothie you will need:
2 Kiwis
1 banana (semi - frozen) - This will add some sweetness to the smoothie.
1/4-1/2 Lemon (depending on preference)
A touch of fresh ginger
A few drops of Love-Hemp CBD MCT oil (we recommend peppermint flavour)
Some mint leaves for decoration (optional)
Some water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and serve immediately over ice. Done!
