Smoothies are great because they're super simple to make and you can pack them with fresh sources of vitamins and supplements. This Mango Orange & Ginger Super Smoothie Booster is a great alternative to a morning coffee or post work out drink.
To make a kick-ass Mango Orange & Ginger CBD Super-Smoothie you will need:
1 mango (This will add some sweetness to the smoothie)
2 Oranges (Great source of Vitamin C)
1/4-1/2 Lemon (depending on preference)
Fresh ginger (as much as you can stand - we love it spicy)
1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric
A few drops of Love-Hemp CBD MCT oil (Orange flavour)
Some water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
Add all ingredients to a blender and serve at room temperature. Done!
